Our Story

At HomeWise Health, we believe high-quality care and a high quality of life go hand in hand.

We’re dedicated to setting the standard for in-home care services, making sure our excellent carers and highly qualified Clinical Managers work together putting our client’s needs and wishes first. We provide care for a variety of clients ranging from older adults to children with special needs, each with the care and compassion that they deserve.

Our custom care services make HomeWise a single advocate for your physical, mental, and emotional health. We are committed to providing professional-level care guided by your needs and preferences and in conjunction with your loved ones, support coordinators and physicians.

Our office is based in Pymble, Sydney NSW. We are happy to arrange a meeting with you by calling us or emailing.

Katie Nesbitt

Chief Executive Officer

Katie, after success in small business, was inspired to work in In-Home Care after caring for her aging mother and seeing the difference living at home had on her well being. At HomeWise Health she is looking to provide every opportunity for our clients to “live well” at home.

Katie has responsibility for Carer acquisition, relations and competency, supporting them to become recognised as the best providers of In-Home Care.

Caroline Rigby

Client Acquisition

With a background in nursing, specialising in paediatrics and brain and spinal Injury, and a mother of four, Caroline understands the importance of quality care. After nursing a dear friend dying of cancer, she chose to return to the workforce to manage service delivery in privately funded In-Home Care.

Will Holmes à Court

Chief Financial Officer

Will is uniquely qualified to manage the HWH business, having had extensive experience in multiple businesses including Start-Ups in many sectors, both for profit and Not for Profit across a diversity of disciplines.

He has a deep understanding of In-Home Care, reinforcing a “care culture” and the creation of a technologically smart environment which frees our Carers and Managers to be the best they can be, keeping them connected, safe and informed.
